Fitness Friday #28

**Note** This post was written and ready (minus my Thursday workout) but due to a crazy schedule Thursday and then a non-stop day Friday, you’re getting it at 10pm Friday night. Hey, it’s still Friday afterall! 😉

By the time you read this, I should be back home in IL. I’ll only be here for a few days but I’m definitely looking forward to some time with friends and family, however brief it may be.

This week has been another busy one. While we’ve had a decent amount of events, it’s been super busy in terms of driving but I’m thankful I’ve been able to fit in some workouts regardless and even got to run two days in a row this week. More than anything, that was a reminder to me on a few notes…1 – how much I enjoy running 2 – how it’s a huge stress reliever for me mentally 3 – that as much as I love CrossFit, I need to be better about balancing it with running as well.
