While my Friday is just getting started over here in Hawaii, for many of you, your weekend is quickly approaching. I’ve been in so many time zones this year, sometimes I forget where I am or what time it is in other parts of the country. With that said, you’ll have to excuse my late posting of Fitness Friday and while I could sit here and list off excuses, it doesn’t actually matter, so let’s get to it, shall we?

Now you’ll have to excuse me for making this brief but today starts the long travel back home to Chicago. I’m definitely ready to get home, for several different reasons but not looking forward to the hours upon hours of travel and numerous time changes.
