Today marks the official last day of the FitMixer Bootcamp…I can’t even believe it!  I’m planning to write a final post on my thoughts of the Bootcamp, so you’ll have to wait another day or so…sorry!

Anyway, I’m pleased to say that so far I’ve stuck with my 20 minutes every day yoga challenge that I decided to do with Lauren.  I’m so glad I was able to help inspire her that we don’t have to go all-or-nothing and that even a mere 20 minutes is somethingworth noting!

And while busy schedules are common, we fit in where and when we can – even if that means doing 20 minutes of yoga before hitting the gym and after you’ve been sitting in bed awake since 2:30am.  (I gave up around 3 and had 1/2 a banana with peanut butter and started reading blogs – what? No time wasted!)

I’ve mentioned there’s some big things coming so definitely stay tuned as I’ll probably start announcing next week…(gotta keep you on the edge of your seat). 😉

    Most of my fitness goals are long-term (DO A CHINUP!), but one of my short term goals that I achieved this week was to practice the wheel pose during yoga practice.

    I’m glad that you’re enjoying your 20 minutes daily 🙂

      Congrats! Wheel pose is NOT easy! My more “long term” yoga goal is crow pose. I.will.get.there. 😉
