Hello from the road! I hope you enjoyed reading Brittany’s tips for staying healthy while on the go yesterday! We definitely have our fair share of snacks packed to get us through the few days of driving.
I’m officially on my second week of the Hal Higdon Novice 10k training plan and it’s been going pretty well. I’m hoping I can keep at it once I get to Illinois and figure out which gym is ultimately going to be my best option.

How was your week of workouts?
Oh my gosh, painting is SUCH a workout! I remember the last time I painted…which was the FIRST time actually…I couldn’t raise my arms above my head for like THREE days! Lol
Looks like you had a great week of workouts…especially with as busy as I’m sure you’ve been planning for the move! My workouts have been pretty good…I had a GREAT leg workout the other day that I’ve definitely been feeling this weekend! Love it! But I really want to try getting back into yoga…I’ve missed my Wednesday class for the last 2 weeks and I’m really missing it!
