While I feel like I say this every week, it has been another crazy week around here as I continue that whole job hunt, work on this blog (content, design and growth), and some more personal stuff (some good, some not). Regardless, I’m looking forward to the weekend ahead with plans on the schedule to see some friends which is always nice.
I do feel it necessary to do some shameless self promotion this week as I have had some posts that I am really proud of so just in case you missed any…

Anyway, my workouts have also been pretty good this week. It started off lighter but I had a super active week this week so an extra couple rest days did a body good. I also had some new shoes to test out for a campaign with FitFluential & Mizuno so it was great to get in a few runs, which I have really been missing in my life the last year or so.
This week also marked the end of Phase 1 of the Live Fit Trainer and the beginning of Phase 2. Yesterday was the first day so I can’t say too much on it yet but I am excited to see where this goes and feel myself continue to get stronger and push my barriers.
