I came to a realization this week – I haven’t been doing much yoga. In fact, I think the last time I went to yoga was when Lauren and I went to hot yoga a month ago. Not cool, my friends, not cool. I’m in major need of bringing yoga back into my life and I’m working on a plan to make that happen, but for now, at least I did a little yoga this week.
Here’s what my week looked like:

15 mins incline walking
GPP – Wiped
strength – legs
10-15 mins elliptical

Rest

2.5 mile run

20 min stat bike

I so need to take a leaf out of your book and do lots of foam rolling this week. I have not really been doing yoga but I would love to start doing it regularly.
Wow! I think I may try the 4th of July bikini workout. I don’t wear them, but I’d like to work those areas regardless!
I do yoga sporadically. I admittedly don’t make time for it like I do running, but I experience great benefits when I practice it. Need to do it more!

Hooray for Fitness Friday!! I have actually never been to a Yoga class…just done some moves on my own from a magazine a few times, but I think I’m going to my first class in a couple of weeks with Lee! I’m excited and nervous because I think she’s going to try to get me to do hot yoga and frankly that sounds AWFUL. I already sweat enough as it is haha!
