Running is hard, like really hard, but it feels good to be back at it again and I’ve really been enjoying my workouts, which has been nice. The weather has been so nice this week that I’ve been taking my runs outside in the morning and even hit up an afternoon outdoor cross-training session on Wednesday. Before I started my workout, I practiced my double unders and was surprised when they came back pretty much immediately after 2-3 months off.
I guess I just needed to give them a bit of space. haha

i have been traveling a lot lately..so workout has been missing from my life.
Hopefully the travels have been fun at least! 🙂 And I’m all for getting in my workouts while I’m traveling, so definitely let me know if you need tips!
I absolutely hate running, it’s miserable for me. I really like pilates and I’ve been doing the Blogilates calendar this month. It’s pretty tough, but I’m sticking with it!
