Did everyone have a good 4th? Mine was definitely nice with a trip to the gym, coffee and a pedicure with my sister, and Mexican food with margaritas with the fam for dinner. We know how to celebrate in style! 😉
Regardless, it was nice. I’m house/dog-sitting this weekend and as soon as I schedule this post, I’m off to spend the rest of my evening with two cute little pups and probably won’t check back in until Sunday. Sorry but not sorry.

How’s your fitness been this week?
How did you celebrate the 4th?
My town’s parade and fireworks are Sunday (yes, I know!) so while we stayed low-key yesterday, the real shenanigans take place this weekend! 😉

I need you to help me with yoga. Seriously.
Wow, so jealous of the mani/pedi and margaritas! 🙂 Sounds fabulous!
Wow, you’re back into yoga full force! I’ve only done a basic yoga class for beginners that focuses on stretching, breathing, and basic poses. I’d like to explore the diverse areas of yoga. I haven’t been brave enough to try a hot yoga class, but I’d be interested in hearing your take on it.
Great week!
I just got a foam roller and used it for the first time yesterday!! It was interesting…painful and awkward, but I’m excited to start to see some benefits!
Mexican food and Margaritas. What did you have for Cinco de Mayo? Fried chicken and Budweiser? LOL.
BTW – Huntley IL is having their 4th of July festivities August 31st. Yep.
And I am catsitting… 🙂
