I should admit I’m torn.  While I’m happy it’s almost the weekend, I’m sad to see my week coming to an end. I’ve had the house to myself this week and it’s been nice to chill out and feel like I have my own space for a bit.

 

Anyway, I’m gearing up for a race this weekend so it’s been a lighter week for my workouts in hopes of my legs feeling refreshed and strong, without feeling sore and super tired.  Wish me luck!

    I totally feel you on the humidity!! It has been miserable lately!

    Great job getting in lots of walking! I’m working on that and slowly starting to enjoy it more. It’s just so hot here that we have to go early in the morning and for some reason, I’d much rather be running!

      I love a good walk and I do often find myself wanting to run but I try to remind myself that walking is good for me too and sometimes it’s good to take a break away from running. 🙂
