My workouts this week? That’s tough. I made a plan but then it changed. That’s how it usually goes, right?
This is all for a good reason, of course. The move.
And while a part of me was really looking forward to sneaking a few workouts at the gym while I still could and was back and forth between Michigan and Illinois this week, I also know this is probably working out for the best and my body is probably going to thank me for the recovery week.
I hope to share a few pictures of the place once I get it set up and a bit more settled in, so stay tuned for that. For now, let’s just get to the workouts and celebrate that it’s Fitness Friday!

Hey Thanks for sharing these wonderful tips. I have been bit lazy in stepping gym since last few weeks. Your post motivated me to do my workout religiously.
I had a pretty good fitness week. 2 Ballet classes, 1 Zumba, 1 Barre and 1 Boot Camp. Now for a little rest this weekend.
