Great workouts, as usual! I admire your consistency so much!
I’m still training for a 30 minute 5K. I did an especially challenging track workout to prepare for it. I also tried something new – stand-up paddling! I’m afraid of water and have terrible balance, but I managed to do it and had fun. Writing an article about it Monday. π

I am going to do some hill repeats tonight, and a longish run on Sunday. Also, the link-up for Fitness Friday isn’t working. It says: “Error: Error: No backlink. You must provide a backlink on the guest blog/site” Do you know how to fix this?

Nice job this week!. I’m keeping active this weekend by moving! I’m packing up my entire apartment onto a truck on Saturday and then unpacking it again after a 7 hour drive on Sunday.
