It’s been a weird week from wavering motivation to Thursday’s crazy headache but regardless I’m in a good place and ready to get back on track this afternoon.



So how did my workouts look this week?

    Sounds like you’re getting a good balance of activities. I wish I liked yoga, but I don’t. I found my favorite workout from when I started running (10 years ago!) on YouTube (Pilates for Dummies in case you’re interested), and I’m going to start doing that again because it’s got a lot of good moves for runners and for general strength and flexibility (and I really like it!).

      I haven’t done pilates in a long time, I really need to bring that back into my rotation because I remember loving how strong it made me feel!

    I finally started RUNNING to train for the half! 10 weeks away!! Nike+ told me that the 3.5 mile I did yesterday was my longest run haha. I did run on the treadmill Sunday longer than that but I don’t trust it to track treadmill miles…do you use it for that?

      I do track my treadmill miles and after a few runs of adjusting the mileage, I think it’s pretty accurate now.
