I’m just going to get down to it today…
I was sidelined all of Thursday with a migraine so with an unexpected rest day, my mileage for the week is less than where I’d like it to be at this point in my 1/2 marathon training but regardless I’ve been doing really well that I’m not going to let it get me down too much.
So what did my workouts look like this week?
Upper body strength & abs
20 mins stationary bike
Wiped – GPP
25 mins YogaDownload – Hip Opening Flow
6.07 mile run
4.5 mile run
25 mins stationary bike
I’m definitely in need of some more stretching and yoga this week in order to stay on top of my September goals so I’m hoping to take care of that today. I’m sure a little yoga and meditation will help my stress levels and keep those migraines at bay. Every little bit helps.
