I’m just going to get down to it today…
I was sidelined all of Thursday with a migraine so with an unexpected rest day, my mileage for the week is less than where I’d like it to be at this point in my 1/2 marathon training but regardless I’ve been doing really well that I’m not going to let it get me down too much.
So what did my workouts look like this week?

6.07 mile run

Rest
I’m definitely in need of some more stretching and yoga this week in order to stay on top of my September goals so I’m hoping to take care of that today. I’m sure a little yoga and meditation will help my stress levels and keep those migraines at bay. Every little bit helps.

Ugh, migraines are no fun! They can definitely knock you down when you’re least expecting it. Looks like you managed to get in some good workouts and runs in though! I did a GPP workout yesterday morning and loved it! It was the row 500m, kettlebell swings, run 400m, push jacks one. I love those push jacks!
I really need to start linking up on Fridays! I had a 17 miler last Saturday and it took so much out of me that I took 3 rest days this week. I have a 10k tomorrow so I hope I’m really rested!
