I am so happy it’s Friday!!  I’m sure I’m not alone in that either but it’s been a long week and I’m excited to finally have a few extra moments to catch up with friends, catch up on some freelance stuff, catch up on some relaxation and start implementing some of the things I learned at HLS last weekend!

To give my body a break from running, I substituted a 250 meter row for the 200 meter run.

Thursday 9/19

4.66 mile run

I’m guessing I don’t need to point out the lack of yoga and stretching in this week’s workouts.  While I’ve done some simple stretching after my runs/workouts, I really need to dig deep this weekend and upcoming week for more focused stretching.  The current state of my lower half will thank me for it later. 😉

    haha I am so sad that the post didn’t go up at 6am like I thought it was going to! I must have gone back to edit it and not hit “publish” but hit “save” instead. Scatterbrain haha!

    Seriously good for you for getting that run in at HLS! The extra sleep I got was delicious, but I hardly ran at all the past couple of weeks (partly due to sore feet and a sore knee/leg). I’m hoping to get some miles in today though! Wish me luck! 😉

      Good luck, I did NOT get mine in today. Hoping for a little yoga and waking up ready to go in the morning!
