I’m so happy it’s Friday, that I have clean carpets in my new townhouse, and that after I get off work today, I have plans with my coworker and new roommate to just hang out, relax and start unpacking. It may not sound like that much fun to anyone else, but I’m definitely looking forward to the girl time.
Anyway, let’s move onto this past week’s workouts. Despite moving and lots of exciting (yet still somewhat stressful) stuff, I’ve been able to stay active and allow myself that time. You’ll notice I was definitely slacking on the yoga but hopefully I can pick that back up this week.

I’ve been so sore this week I’ve only gotten to run once and that was a crappy one. I’m going a semi long temp run today and then my long 22 miler Sunday.
