Fitness Friday #9

ffquote9That’s the problem. I broke the habit and ever since breaking the habit of running and yoga, it’s been really hard to get it back. But I’m happy to say I woke up yesterday morning and went out for a nice 3 mile run. It wasn’t easy and by no means was it my usual pace, but I ran and that was exactly what needed to happen.

I’ve been trying to do a lot of soul searching lately. It’s not uncommon to be asked what I plan to do at the end of this year. And quite frankly, it’s a great question but it’s just not one that I’m in a place to answer. At least not yet. This is a year full of growth and challenges and changes and searching and questioning. It’s a year that I’ve devoted to giving back to others while also really discovering what I’m looking for out of my life. Trying to figure out how I can combine all of my passions into one career. I’m not sure yet if it’s possible, but I’m figuring that out.
