That’s the problem. I broke the habit and ever since breaking the habit of running and yoga, it’s been really hard to get it back. But I’m happy to say I woke up yesterday morning and went out for a nice 3 mile run. It wasn’t easy and by no means was it my usual pace, but I ran and that was exactly what needed to happen.
I’ve been trying to do a lot of soul searching lately. It’s not uncommon to be asked what I plan to do at the end of this year. And quite frankly, it’s a great question but it’s just not one that I’m in a place to answer. At least not yet. This is a year full of growth and challenges and changes and searching and questioning. It’s a year that I’ve devoted to giving back to others while also really discovering what I’m looking for out of my life. Trying to figure out how I can combine all of my passions into one career. I’m not sure yet if it’s possible, but I’m figuring that out.
Anyway, enough of the deep stuff, let’s get to the fun stuff. The workouts! I’ve really been enjoying creating new workouts lately that push my boundaries and kick my butt.
