Fitness Friday & A Month of Being Thankful!

Happy Friday all of you lovely people!  Can you believe it’s already the end of November?  This month flew by and thankfully, in the best way possible.  I can’t help but be so grateful that my test is behind me and my future lies ahead of me. 🙂

I love Fridays because I love sharing my week of workouts with you all, seeing what you all did for your workouts this week (if you haven’t joined the party, join the party!), and reflecting on my week.  This week I’m realizing that despite not having to study, I still didn’t do yoga.  What gives?!

I swear I feel so different when I do yoga versus when I don’t – mentally and physically.  And geez I can feel it this week.  More.yoga.please!

Anyway, here’s what my workouts have looked like this week:

And as always, please don’t forget to link up your own and join the party.

And for the final day of my thankful for challenge, I’m thankful for having this month to appreciate both the big and large things in my life.  I truly am thankful for each and every one of them, as well as many more!

How were your workouts this week?

Anything you’d want to add more / less of next week?

Thanks for having us link up, I am excited to check out the other blogs who have 🙂
I need to get in more strength training, I need a good half hour workout I can do at home, I am just ignorant of what I should be doing! And stretching. Always stretching! Infront of TV 🙂

Great job on the workouts! My workouts were pretty consistent with my goal of getting 3 strength training days in, which I accomplished for a total of 6 workouts & one rest day. I’m pretty happy with that. 🙂

I agree with Lindsay. Definitely something I need to do more often. I’ve been doing 10-15 mins after stretching, and then shavasana at the end of my workouts, which to me is the most important part anyway. 😉
