Happy Friday! Err…Happy Fitness Friday! 😉
It’s been a great week of workouts and after last week’s attempt at getting on track with my 10k training plan, I was off again fairly quickly this week. But I decided a back-to-back run Wednesday/Thursday was okay and got right back on track. Done and done.
Now most of you may not notice too much regarding those runs but to me do you know what I see? I’ll give you a hint…
Did you notice my average times?! Can we talk improvement?! Can we talk about how awesome that feels?!
And to make it even better, my body and my lungs aren’t feeling run down – they’re feeling strong! I’m definitely in need of new shoes (working on that) and I’m sticking to slowly easing up my mileage, but at the end of the day I feel great. And there’s no better feeling than that!

seriously, I’m doing this next week. I don’t have anything planned for Friday, and I literally just took your button and put it in a post on my calendar.
Sun: 5K with Amanda
Mon: 60 Min Hot Yoga
Tues: Rest day
Wed: 2 mile run + 6 min plank
Thurs: sick (rest day, was going to do hot yoga)
Fri: sick (rest day, was going to do day 2 of this program: http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/female-20to39-fat-loss/intro)
Sat: hopefully not sick, but I have a wedding to go to, so I’m going to miss my 9 AM hot yoga class (boo), so I’ll have to think of something else
Next week: NOT SICK. And hitting that program on days that I’m not doing yoga. Starting to get back into it after letting my ankle heal (or heel) a little more.
