I was going strong with my month of yoga (if you can call 4 days going strong) but then I woke up from a nap Friday afternoon with a major kink in my neck and since then, yoga has only happened if my neck/shoulders were up for extra movement. I’ve also been completely exhausted which has meant no extra energy come the end of the day.
Regardless of the little things, let’s take a look at my week of workouts:

Hope you get to feeling better! Neck/shoulder pain is SO annoying! Haha – I’ve totally gotten to the gym and forgotten a sports bra! I’ve had to work out in regular bras before – not fun! Sounds like you made it work!
Forrest yoga sounds great! I did that GPP workout and man were my arms sore! The OH Press’ killed!
Hope your neck is feeling better! I had a great week of running elliptical and weights! 🙂 Time for some rest though…I’m exhausted.
started yoga again. Think it will do me better than hurting myself the two times I have around day 50 of P90X.
