It’s Friday the 13th…should we be concerned? I don’t really consider myself someone overly superstitious, but sometimes. Growing up with a black cat, I’ve never had a problem crossing a black cat. Smokey wouldn’t hurt a fly. Well, maybe a fly.
Anyway, can I just say how proud I am that I hit my goal of doing yoga 3 times this week?! For whatever reason, it’s actually more difficult that I expected it to be but it really isn’t that much and I could go for more. Thankfully I have a GroupOn I need to (and will) use this month so there will be plenty more yoga in my life soon!
As for this week, I continued to do my YogaDownload.com sessions and I have to say I think I’ve found a favorite: Gentle Hatha #2. It’s not crazy difficult or heart pumping, but it’s relaxing, enjoyable and makes my joints crack – it’s amazing!

Is there a better feeling in the world than your hip/back/spine/shoulder cracking? If so, I don’t know of it.
I’m pretty sure you can feel the stress release with each crack!
