Let’s get down to business, shall we? It’s been a SUPER busy week and as I write this post Thursday night, I’m ready to just get my butt to bed! I’ve got a big, fun weekend ahead and I need every ounce of shut eye before I most likely will get very little. πŸ˜‰




Friday 9/6

Full body strength & abs

20 min walk

Saturday 9/7

5k Mud Run

Sunday 9/8

40 minute walk

Physically and mentally exhausted so I’m using today as a rest day. A short walk to help get a little movement but mostly to help me bounce back from a crabby mood. Following your dreams is far from easy and sometimes the exhaustion just sets in. I’m ready for a sign to encourage me to keep moving in this direction, I’m ready for someone to give this hard working girl a chance to prove what she can do.


Monday 9/9

5 rounds GPP OTC-KB-UNI

I dropped down some of the weight in 2 of the middle sets and brought it back up for the last to finish strong. Serious butt-kicker folks!

Tuesday 9/10

    I was just talking to a coworker about a mud run today! They sound like so much fun. I am seriously considering doing one the next time there is one in my area.

      I definitely recommend it, but I also recommend making sure you’re doing it with friends. I think it would just be that much more fun!
