I’m so excited for today I could pee my pants. As you’re reading this, I’m on a plane headed to Park City, Utah for Blend 2013. It’s been a long week leading up to this weekend and not just because of excitement (though that has been a huge part), but I’ve also been battling a potential cold. I’ve been trying to get my rest, take my supplements and drink plenty of water which has been a huge help.
This has also lead me to really listen to my body and what it needs when it comes to exercise versus rest. And I assure you, Friday’s run felt AMAZING and really helped clear some things out.

What a great week and seriously, I can not wait for this weekend and all it has to offer – in terms of activity, rest, friends, and soon-to-be friends!
No link-up this week since I’m off traveling, but I’ll bring it back next Friday! 🙂

Enjoy your trip 🙂 hope you have a great time!
Just came across your blog today – I’m a new runner and new blogger, and I’m impressed with your both your blog and your workouts. I personally struggle with strength training (understanding the different weights, exercises, and routines is really confusing to me) Your workout plans, like the stability ball workout, are really helpful!
I’d love to participate in Fitness Friday when it’s back up. I love the idea of sharing what we’re doing and keeping ourselves accountable. Thanks for sharing such great information! 🙂
Welcome! So glad you found me! Fitness Friday is super fun and I hope you find it helpful too! Strength training is an important part of our exercise routines, though it’s intimidating, I get that. I never used to do it and have forced myself over the years and now I LOVE it and walk into the weight room with confidence. Don’t give up on it!
