TGIF! Am I right, or am I right?
I may still have to work tomorrow but Friday means I survived my always long Thursdays and I’m a bit closer to my day off on Sunday. 😉
So after some requests, I have decided to bring back the Fitness Friday linkup…at least for now! With all the great weather earlier this week, I did a lot of walking in the afternoons after work (with Shazam). It was SO nice to be outside (and not freezing!). TGIF! One week until Blend–gah! 🙂
That Sun Seeker workout sounds great. I need to spice things up a little bit with my workouts, so I will have to give that one a try. Thank you for sharing :).
This week has been a killer week for me in the gym! I have been feeling it every workout and the results have been nice!

This week I was sick so had to take 4 days of rest. Today was my first day back and I just did incline walking and pilates to ease back in. Well done on all the miles this week!
