TGIF! Am I right, or am I right?


I may still have to work tomorrow but Friday means I survived my always long Thursdays and I’m a bit closer to my day off on Sunday. 😉

So after some requests, I have decided to bring back the Fitness Friday linkup…at least for now! Hopefully those of you who have participated in the past will want to join back up and those of you new, will want to join in.  All I ask is that you grab a button and link back to me, and check out some of the others and help create this community of support in our fitness goals!

    With all the great weather earlier this week, I did a lot of walking in the afternoons after work (with Shazam). It was SO nice to be outside (and not freezing!). TGIF! One week until Blend–gah! 🙂

    This week I was sick so had to take 4 days of rest. Today was my first day back and I just did incline walking and pilates to ease back in. Well done on all the miles this week!
