The good news is I’m sleeping again! At least a million times better than I was. (Side note: I think I spoke too soon because after typing this up last night, I didn’t sleep. fail.) I think after getting the most important detail of how I’m getting me, my stuff and my car back home figured out, I was able to relax a bit. In fact, after getting that figured out, I’ve been able to focus on the excitement of moving and less on the stress and anxiety of it all.
The bad news is my workouts this week have pretty much stunk. I’ve had a hard time motivating myself to plan out my workouts or even get to the gym. This is very unlike me.
The other good news though is that I was able to get in my first run in over a week. Now that my body is getting rest at night again, my lungs aren’t freaking out quite so much and this was able to happen.
Ultimately, I know we all have our good weeks and our not as good weeks when it comes to our fitness regime. I knew coming off the FitMixer Bootcamp was going to be a bit of a struggle, though I guess I wasn’t expecting it to be this difficult. But at the end of the day, we have to have the “bad” workouts so as to better appreciate the good ones!
How has your fitness been this week?

I so wish I could do t hat bootcamp. My trainer would kill me if I stacked on one more thing. Love the Fitmixer ladies though.
Looks like your fitness was great this week! Mine has been pretty easy… walking, yoga, and pilates!
