The bad: It’s been a really long week with probably not enough sleep…
The good: I’m back in the game of fitness and it feels so good!
The bad: One of my favorite managers moved to NYC yesterday…it was a cry fest at work (and the whole drive home).
The good: Today is a very good day! So good in fact we’re off to celebrate. We’re celebrating this one’s birthday!

What a great week of workouts girl!! Tomorrow I plan on getting some sort of workout in… life is just getting too busy. I think I worked out twice this past week. Better than none though… right??
