I’ll be honest with you, I’ve had a hard time getting motivated to work out this week. I’m blaming it on the adjustment of moving and not having a real schedule or groove figured out for myself. I also know that I accomplish more when I’m busy and seeing as I’m not, it just feels like I have all day to get in my workout, but in reality, it’s not going to happen if I keep pushing it off.
And while my gym membership is still good through the 26th of the month, the gym is nearly an hour away and I haven’t signed up for a closer location yet. (I think I’m holding out hope to get hired at one of the nearby gyms and hopefully get a membership that way…hoping!)
But for now this is my reality and with time I will get in a groove, get back in the gym and find myself motivated again. I give it time. (Though secretly I hope it doesn’t need too much time.) 😉

I was planning to talk about what this month is over the weekend but after an email I received Wednesday evening, I just can’t help myself. September is National Yoga Month and if you go here you can get a free week of yoga at a local studio near you! I haven’t picked a studio in the area I want to try yet, so I haven’t used mine – but I do plan to!
Back to that email…
I have professed my love for YogaDownload before but I swear it’s just growing by the minute. I received an email Wednesday evening letting me know that I am this month’s Yoga Download Yogi of the Month!
Thank you so much to YogaDownload – I am truly honored and couldn’t be more excited!
How was your week of fitness?

Congrats of being the yogi of the month!! I have never tried yogadownload.com. I need to!! It is good to know that September is yoga month… maybe I’ll do more yoga!
