First of all, I apologize for any confusion yesterday morning if you made your way over here only to find it had disappeared? I was in the process of moving to a different host from WordPress.com and I guess it decided it was going to do it for me while I slept…and by do it for me, I mean take it down. And while things may look a bit different, we should be back up and running now and hopefully you were able to check out my Summer Bucket List yesterday.
(And please note I’m setting up some time with one of my super techy and awesome friends who can help me make sure I did everything right so we can return to normal.)
But I’m going to be honest, I just wanted to check in today. Make it quick and snappy. I need a day off and I’m allowed to do that. To mentally recharge. To start fresh and new. And seeing as I worked an overnight shift and I’m headed right back to work in a bit, I’m allowed to take a break today.
But I also want to call upon you today. I’m taking the day off but you’re going to work. ha!
Amy had a few bananas that were past their prime. But only in the eating them as they are prime. They’re currently in their, use me to bake banana bread prime! She brought them to me yesterday morning and said “do you want to use these to make banana bread?” I think it was a hint. My roommate wants me to bake. 😉

My college BF used to get bananas and totally forget about them so I’d make this just about every week!
