If you haven’t noticed, I’m loving GPP workouts lately. While I haven’t been doing them religiously every.single.day, I have been adding them into my workout regime a few times a week as a way to change up from my usual. Not only are they fun, but they challenge my body in a new way and always leave me feeling sore but strong.
