Hungry?
One of my very favorite things to eat are sweet potatoes. All day, every day.
Add eggs, green veggies or a piece of fish, I don’t care, but if there’s a sweet potato involved, I assure you I’m on board.
If you’re making these sweet potatoes, then I’m running to the table faster and quickly grabbing my fork to dive in. These are delicious and I promise, so easy to make!
What is your favorite way to eat sweet potatoes?

I love sweet potatoes too! This looks like an easy recipe and new way to make them. Healthier than all the brown sugar I put on them!!!
I could eat sweet potatoes every day!! Will certainly try this recipe.

This looks right up my alley!
I haven’t had a sweet potato hasselback, but I’ve had russet potatoes. Either way, I bet these are delicious – there is nothing better than a baked potato. 🙂

Yum! I’m with you on the sweet potatoes–they are the best! I either like to do garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil or a sweeter one with honey, cinnamon, and ginger!
