Homemade Make-up Remover

One thing I’ve been trying to do is be even more mindful of the products that I use in and on my body. While I pay a lot of attention to the foods I eat, it doesn’t align with my beliefs to then use products that are packed with chemicals and additives that can still harm my body. Over the last several months, I have slowly been making the change. As I finish one product I have around my house or beauty product, I replace it with a cleaner version. Sometimes I buy that product, but other times that may mean making it myself. When it comes to taking off my makeup at night, I can get pretty lazy and tired. I love using a makeup remover and facial cleanser wipe, but the cost can add up quickly. I still buy them but I save them for removing my makeup before walking into a yoga class after work or for wiping the sweat off after my Friday morning before work yoga classes. These aren’t an every day item. So what do I use every day to take off my makeup? I make my own! I seriously love this makeup remover and it works so well and comes together quickly. I highly urge you to give it a try for yourself.

Products I use: Organic Witch Hazel, doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil & Melaleuca Essential oil [ctt title=”Make your own make-up remover! ” tweet=”Make your own make-up remover! https://wp.me/p2vQc1-37T” coverup=”43fkw”] My skin has been loving this stuff! I swear my acne has cleared up so much since I’ve been cleaning up all of the products that I use and when I do get a bit of acne (usually related to something that I ate), it clears up that much quicker. It feels great to be in alignment with all these various aspects of my life so I hope you’ll give it a try!
