Let’s talk about goals, shall we?
We all have them. Whether it comes to our fitness, relationships, career or life in general, we all have goals. But it’s important to make goals that we can actually reach. For the 2014 New Year we talked about SMART goals and as I’m looking ahead at what this next year looks like, I feel like it’s important to bring this back around as a reminder for all of us.
