Love More…

Every time I stop and think about it, I can hardly believe I’ve been blogging for 8 years! This space was started in 2011 when I was living in a studio apartment in Los Angeles, working in the music industry, managing a band (that is now known world-wide), working at Apple, and honestly…also feeling a little lost. I loved reading blogs and decided why not start my own and see what came of it? 

In no way have I become some big-name blogger or turned this into a full-time (or even part-time) income, but what I have done is shared the last 8 years of my life. I shared some ups and downs, fitness goals, successes, failures, love stories and heartbreaks, healthy recipes, workouts to try, inspirational quotes and messages, and more. 

While I’ve shared this many times over the years, I’m doing it again because in this current chapter and phase of my life, this quote that started it all and sparked the name for this blog is still a guiding force…

Fear less, hope more; Eat less, chew more; Whine less, breathe more; Talk less, say more; Love more, and all good things will be yours!

I have many goals that I’m working on (for this year and the next 5-10 years of my life) and I’m tuning back into this quote as my guide because at the end of the day, I choose love. 

I make a conscious effort to choose to act and speak from a place of love. I know I am not perfect, never have been and never will be, but I do choose to try to stand in a place of love and light more often than not. And that’s all I can ask of myself.
