Happy Tuesday! Are you ready for some ab work?
Before I get to today’s workout, I want to go over how I’m organizing this for myself. Like I mentioned on Friday, each Tuesday in February, I’m going to share a core workout with you but that isn’t the only core work I’m doing all week. So for me, I’m picking 3 days (Mon, Wed, & Friday); one day is hold-as-long-as-you-can plank and the other two are going to be one of the shared workouts.
I also mentioned some of these workouts will be made by me and some will be from others. Today is one that I found on Pinterest many many weeks ago but had yet to try until yesterday morning. It was the perfect finish to my workout after my 3 1/2 mile run.
I don’t think this is the hardest workout you’ll ever do, but it’s a great all-around core workout that will leave you tired and worked.
Enjoy!

For someone who never works her abs…that looks hard to me. 😉
P.S. The reason I never work my abs is because every time I have been to the doctor since I was a teenager, it has always been commented, “Wow, you have such strong abs!” So I accept my natural blessedness and move along.
HAHAHA! If I were in your shoes, I’d probably never work my abs either.
Looks like fun! Well, I don’t know if fun’s the best word. Effective? Haha.
I need to get off my rump and workout now that I’m all better. This was motivation. I’m going to do it…
I love the flow of this! I’m always looking for new challenges for the core class I teach on Tuesdays. 🙂
this seems totally doable while you’re watching tv or something in the evening, posting it to my workout page today!
thanks girlfran!
you got it, lady!
That looks like a good one! I just started doing more core work right before I go to bed. Kind of last minute but it seems unless it’s built into my workout, I don’t make time for it until then. So this is a great one for me to squeeze in before hitting the sack!
Whatever helps you get it done! I always save it for the end of my workouts and then I usually skip it because I’m hungry or just ready to go. It’s hard for me to MAKE myself do it sometimes but I definitely notice a difference when i’m consistent.
Oooh, this is a perfect post-run workout. Nice work!
Yessss this looks awesome. I love these fitness graphics from Pinterest– there are some great ideas out there! Can’t wait to try this one.
Seriously! Pinterest is such a great go-to, especially for at home workouts!
