While I’m fully supportive of people doing their workouts at home, it doesn’t really work for me. This is mostly because I get so distracted by what’s going on around me, that I can’t focus on my workout and usually end up taking it a lot easier on myself or cutting out early. But sometimes, the whole idea of getting in my car and driving to the gym just doesn’t work for me. For those days, I like to find some great at home workouts I can do.
Sunday was one of those days so I did this leg workout:
But I took it a step further and started + ended the workout with 10 Burpees each.
It definitely gave me a nice burn but I wasn’t done, it was time to move onto abs so I created this workout, inspired by the above sequence.
