Y’all are in for a treat today. Or rather, your abs are. Or maybe they’re not. Depends how you want to view it. 😉
You see, late last week I was in need of an ab workout but couldn’t decide what I wanted to do. I hadn’t found one to try for this week and I wasn’t in the mood to come up with a new one, so I hit up the archives and pulled out this beauty.
It wasn’t that long ago that I created this and shared it with you all, but it’s worthy of more attention. I did it two times through and I was feeling it for the next day or two – in the best way possible.
But we all don’t have access to a medicine ball, so I wanted to make sure I was taking care of everyone this week with a good burn. (Side note: if you don’t have access to a medicine ball, I highly recommend it as it’s great for all sorts of strength training exercises.) So I scoured the internet Pinterest and found this workout which was getting a decent amount of attention.
I went one time through as indicated and felt it, but it wasn’t enough for me. I went a second time through and got more of the burn that I was looking for. If you choose to do this workout, go through it twice.
