I’ve got another workout for you!  To be more specific, I have another abdominal workout for you.  And this one is a bit of a doozy, especially once you repeat it.  I was sweating and definitely feeling it by the end.

For anyone unsure of the workouts, here they are:

 

Medicine Ball Plank:

Remember to maintain proper form with hands on the ball.

If form fails, lose the ball and  do a normal plank.

Russian Twists:

Sides specified is the foot on top

Toe Touches:

Enjoy!

Now please excuse me as it’s my day off and I’m off to go lounge around and relax. 😉

      You want one that is no more than 10% of your body weight but don’t be afraid to start with less. Also you’ll want one that isn’t too big for you to hold so it’s a comfortable fit in your hands.
