I’m having a hard time getting started this morning. It was such an awesome and fun weekend and I’m exhausted! I know today will include lots of coffee to get me through but it was all worth it!!
I’ll fill you in on the fun tomorrow but for now I want to talk music. Several weeks ago, I talked about City and Colour and my love for their music, especially “The Girl.” Well to my delight, the band came out with a new album a couple weeks ago.
“The Golden State” really resonates within my heart…just read the lyrics and I bet you’ll see why.

It’s a pretty song, although it’s kinda slow for my taste. I LOVE California though & can’t wait to go there next month for a couple days. 🙂 Thanks for sharing it! Happy Monday!!
