I would be very surprised if I didn’t share this album but on a quick search through posts, I didn’t come up with anything and that just seems wrong, so here we are…
For this week’s Music Monday the band is Lord Huron; the album is ‘Strange Trails” and it’s just as good as you could imagine. It’s the best of Lord Huron’s sound with the freshness of new music.
It’s been out since April but I rediscovered it this past week and it couldn’t have come back into my life at a better time. Listening to Lord Huron just kind of puts me in this trance (in a good way), allowing me to just breathe, relax and enjoy.
Sometimes we all just need a moment like that, don’t we?
I know we’re coming off the weekend and facing the dreaded Monday, a case of the Mondays so to speak, but instead of allowing the anxiety of the start of the week to permeate ourselves, take this moment to close your eyes, breathe, and just listen to the music. I’ll be here when you’re done. 😉
