Have you thought about taking glutamine powder? It helps with recovery from your workouts!

I haven’t really been taking anything post-workout aside from a protein powder lately. My workouts haven’t been super intense as of late and I haven’t felt like I needed anything more. (Pretty sure I’m having thyroid problems so trying to stay lower impact right now).
I take probiotics and usually fish oil. I could probably benefit from all of these but it seems like every time I add something my lab work comes back all messed up. I have liver disease and a blood disorder. I need to find the right balance I suppose.

Definitely check with you doctor, you don’t want to do anything that’ll mess things up! But it’s for sure about balance!
I take a lot of these too! Definitely fish oil, vitamin B, and probiotic. Never heard of Triphala churna! I’ll check it out!
It’s a really nice, not-harsh liver cleanse!
I’ve taken a variety of supplements over the years based upon my body’s needs. I regularly take 5-HTP to help with mood and adrenal complex. I love hearing what others use.
