My Goals for 2015

13 Comments on My Goals for 2015

The New Year always brings about desires for change and growth, about improving ourselves to be better than we were the year before. For me this is no different. I strive everyday to be better than I was the day, week before, year before but obviously no one is perfect so I have things that I want to change and improve upon. So as we all welcome in this New Year, I want to take a moment to share a few of my personal goals and I encourage you to share some of yours with me.

By sharing our goals we can hold each other accountable, we can support one another when the times get tough, and we can offer advice on something we may have more experience or knowledge. So let’s get to it, shall we?

-Make a consistent yoga & meditation practice

What are a few of your goals for 2015?

    “be me.”
That is such a great goal!! So many people are too focused on what they want to change or improve upon that they kind of forget how awesome they already are 🙂

I’m attempting to pass the nasm CPT exam this year! First time. I’m with you on the yoga and personal goal to be more content with who I am with NO questions. 🙂 You have great goals and sounds like you’re ready to knock them outta the park! Happy new year to you!!
