re-evaluate: evaluate again or differently
Is there something in your life that isn’t working?
Is there something that’s not (or not longer) making you happy?
Are you feeling stressed, sick, tired?
Are you feeling lost, confused and alone?
Maybe a lot of the above are hitting home or maybe only one, but chances are if there’s something there that sounds familiar, it’s time to re-evaluate.
Whether you’re re-evaluating your job, relationship, fitness regimen, diet, social circle, etc etc…the list could go on.
If something isn’t working for you, then it’s time to re-evaluate.
It’s not always easy to do; it causes fear and anxiety, nervousness and a little more stress, but you deserve more. You deserve more than these moments.
If you don’t believe it yourself than believe me. Believe me.
I’m writing from a place of re-evaluating my own list of things. I’m writing from a place of knowing it’s not easy but oh my gosh, friend, it’s so worth it. I’m writing from a place of knowing that you and I deserve to follow our dreams and shoot for the stars.
So today I challenge you to re-evaluate what isn’t working and how you can make a change to make yourself happier, healthier and YOU again.
What do you need to re-evaluate?

Re-evaluation is something I try to do constantly. Life is changing so quickly, that I think re-evaluating things is a must, great post!
Re-evaluation is a continuous process for me. I firmly believe that finding happiness in your life is all about asking questions and evaluating the things in your life. If something doesn’t feel right or happy, you should begin to question and become curious about what is going on around you. Great article!
I agree 100%! i am on a whole journey of reevaluation and changes and this post motivates me even more to show that I am going in the right direction. Feeling inspired!
The answer to your question: yes. Constantly.

When my mom passed away it really encouraged me to reevaluate who are my true friends and who are just acquaintances. It was hard but it was honestly the best thing I did because even though some of them are still in my life I understand we will never be BFFs.

Always looking at my lists, always seeing where I can be better or what no longer makes sense. Always a work in progress. 🙂
