Do you ever finish a workout and go “I want a little more core work,” or “that was awesome but I just need a liiiiiittle something more,” or “I don’t have a ton of time left, but I have a few more minutes, let’s do something,” sounds familiar, right? Then this workout is for you!

It is by no means a stand-alone workout but perfect for after a run, long walk or even strength session that just needs that little something more for you to feel done and ready to leave.

My workouts are taking a step back again as I work on healing and it’s meant more long walks, less running and easier strength.

After a great 45 mins walk, I wanted to lift some weights but didn’t have enough time for my originally planned session so I grabbed a couple Dumbbells and got in this great core burner, leaving me feeling strong and looking forward to more tomorrow!

Nice! I’m always looking for new challenges in terms of postures and core moves. I like to run 2.5 to 3 miles daily for that cardio burn and then finish the job with yoga and some amazing core work and stretches. I’m always amazed at how effective that combo is, and how altering my workout can take it to the next level. I’m going to implement your plan and see how that feels. Thanks for the suggestions!
