I was so happy to see the positive response to yesterday’s post, thank you all for your kind words; it makes me so happy to know everyone is working hard to change the thoughts in their head and push past those tough workouts not just mentally, but also physically.
With keeping all of that in mind, today we’re going to workout! This workout goes by rather quickly, but don’t be fooled, it is tough and will challenge you. At the same time though, it’s fun and I know you’re going to really enjoy this one!
While I was back in IL last weekend, I got to visit my parent’s gym which meant taking advantage of equipment that I don’t have access to normally in my apartment fitness center. (Side note: If you follow me on snapchat, you could have seen my mini fitness center tour – if you don’t, @iamkatiearnold, and maybe I’ll do it again!)
