Have I mentioned how much I love surveys? I hope they don’t completely bore you to death because I find them quite entertaining (participating AND reading others). And since we know what I’m doing right now (hint hint)
there’s no better time than now for another survey. 😉 This one I originally saw on Julie’s blog. (It was called 11 questions but there were only 10…hehe.)
10 Questions Survey
1. In baseball each player gets a “walk up song” that plays on his way up to the plate. What song would you pick?
Well this changes on a regular basis, but right now it would probably be “It’s Time” by Imagine Dragons. There’s so much going on in my life that’s keeping me busy and excited that I can’t help but think this is my time to really make things happen for myself. Watch out world, It’s Time!
2. What’s the best thing that happened to you last weekend?
I’m cheating and going with LAST last weekend because this weekend was just filled with studying and while I appreciated having Saturday off to really devote to my studies, the prior Saturday really rained supreme for me with the Chicago’s Perfect 10 – 10k race.
3. If you could have a starring role in any film already made, which movie would you pick?
I’m really when it comes to movies. I’m one of those people that while I ENJOY watching them, I don’t really remember them or go out of my way to watch them unless I’m with other people. (Is that weird? Wait, don’t answer that.) But Julie had answered Father of the Bride which I LOVE that movie so that’s definitely a contender for me or be Cher from Clueless. What?! I LOVED that movie as a kid!
4. What actor/actress would you have play you in a movie of your life?
Since I’ve been told a few times I look like Evangeline Lilly, she might be a good choice.
See any resemblance?
5. What is your favorite quote?
This changes on a daily basis. I love quotes as I really find them to be inspiring and a great reminder in my daily life. The other day one of my friends from Chobani posted this on Instagram and I had to save the photo because I loved the photo AND the quote. So good and so true.
6. What was your first concert?
My first concert was a radio concert – the B96 Summer Bash many many years ago!
7. What Internet website do you visit the most?
Lately? NASM’s website…HA! or the Anatomy Arcade… 😉
8. Which of Snow White’s 7 dwarfs describes you the best and why?
We used to joke that my dad was “Grumpy”..hehe But as for me, I’m currently a combination of them all – depends on the moment and the day. And hopefully after this test is over with, there will be no doubt that I’m “Happy”!
9. If you were on death row, what would your last meal be?
A GIANT cookie + ice cream sundae with lots of peanut butter and chocolate.
10. What is the background of your computer?
Currently it’s this quote in a tiled fashion. It’s a constant reminder and makes me happy. (And just because I feel like sharing, the quote I mentioned above is the current background on my phone.)
Today I am thankful for the sun coming out another day. I love when weather changes; I love dreary and rainy days but I also love sunny days. I need this constant balance in my life so today I am thankful for the sun. I hope you all get a peak of the beautiful sun, whether it be sneaking through a sky full of clouds, as it’s rising in the morning or setting in the evening. Use it as a moment to be thankful for another day.
Now pick a couple questions and answer them in the comments!
And don’t forget to tell me what you’re thankful for!

Clueless is a classic, isn’t it?! 🙂 I am thankful for my incredible husband and supportive family. I am very blessed!
I’m thankful for my family who I will see tomorrow!!
You do resemble Evangeline!! You are both gorgeous. 🙂 I would pick Kelly Ripa because she is so bubbly! 🙂
You are going to ROCK this test!!
I am groovin’ on that song too. And I’m even starting to like that Muse Madness song a little bit, months after you mentioned it.
You definitely look like EL.
I’m thankful for my body’s ability to heal itself.
You do look a bit like Evangeline Lily. 🙂
#6 – My first concert ever was the band BUSH when I was a freshman in high school. So fun!!
#10 – The desktop (background) on my laptop is currently a mainly white background with the words “Shit could be worse” in grey across it with a pic of Oscar the Grouch on the right side. It keeps me sane & reminds me that when I think I’m having a bad day, that things definitely could be worse & I don’t have it all that bad. 😉
Have a great day!
I. LOVE. CLUELESS. 🙂
