Another busy week has come and gone and while I still have to get through the rest of today and a short Saturday shift, I’m so thankful the weekend is in reach. TGIF, my friends!
I do my best to maintain a positive mindset and was so happy that despite the madness that was my work week, I stayed happy, grateful and hopeful. I do think my workouts are to thank for some of it because they allow me to decompress and release any built up stress or anxiety and start fresh, especially when I can go on my lunch break in the middle of the work day.

Holy moly – the STAB workout sounds intense! I’ll have to try it soon – I don’t get enough upper body exercise as I should. Sounds like a great week of workouts!
I wish I could go over lunch! I sweat like a beast though, and no where to shower.
Too bad, too, because there are some gorgeous trails right outside my office :(.
