I’m having a great time in Boston. It’s been so amazing getting to meet and connect with the team here and while I’m sad that I’ll be boarding a plane this evening to head back to Chicago, I know I have their support to keep pushing forward and really rock it.
Anyway, I’m going to keep this rather quick today but I wanted to pop in and share this ab burner I did the other day. I created it kind of on the spot at the gym the other day and just loved the burn.
It’s a great supplement to any workout – I hope you give it a try and love it too!

I LOVE ab work. It burns but it always burns so good!
I have never tried stability ball planks, but I hear they can be pretty brutal. I will have to try this out to see for myself!
They’re definitely a new favorite! They’re hard but I think I prefer them to regular ol’ planks.
I’m afraid to ask what a ball plank is. 🙂
