How many people have fitness or health related New Years resolutions or goals? You saw mine yesterday and while I love staying active, I know for many people it can be a struggle to stay motivated or accountable to their workouts. While I share my week of fitness on the blog every Friday, I used to call it Fitness Friday and host a weekly linkup that went with it. With the start of 2015, I want to bring that back!
I’m working on a post to explain my approach to 2015 and how that will affect this blog but I’m hoping this will be a way to keep you motivated, me motivated and all of us working towards our goals, no matter how big or small they may seem.
One way I plan to do that is by sharing a quote each week that I hope inspires you to work towards your goals and live a healthier, happier and more active lifestyle. Here’s this weeks quote:
Then I’ll share my workouts. This isn’t meant to be a comparison game or judgement call; it’s meant to inspire, motivate and maybe even provide ideas on workouts that you can try. Especially while I’m on the road with 50 States, many of my non-event day workouts will be body weight or using what I have access to.
