And if you’re in Boston, if you’re in the US, if you’re anywhere around the world who’s been watching, praying, loving, sending thoughts, I hope you slept easy last night. I hope you were able to relax a bit. I hope you take a moment to thank your local police officers (first responders, etc) for the work they do.
I could say more, I could go deeper into how I’ve felt this week, but I won’t.
Today I breathe.

Sometimes it is the hardest thing to remember to do. Just breathe.
