With the year coming to an end, I thought it would be fun and interesting to look back on some of the posts that performed the best this year! While this might be a bit misconstrued because I switched Journey Thru 30 back over to TLSM this year, I still think this is fun to look back on especially since there are some old posts that still drive a lot of traffic to the blog! There may be some new-to-you posts, posts you forgot about, or posts you never even knew existed. So let’s hop back in time a bit…
“After Rain” by Dermot Kennedy
This post continues to drive traffic..and for good reason. The song is so good! If you still haven’t checked it out, go do yourself a favor.
Enough said? Probably, but if you’re into hot yoga, want to get into hot yoga, or know someone who is, this is what I suggest you have with you!
Bring Sally Up Plank Challenge
Do you want to get your core ROCKED? Then give this a try. In fact, I should probably do it myself soon. 😉

Confession: I let my NASM CPT Expire
New confession (it’s not really a confession), but it’s since been renewed!
I’m not crying, you’re crying. No, but really, we should all probably write one of these so we can re-read them when we’re just not being so loving to ourselves.
What kind of posts would you like to see more of in 2019?

Have you heard Dermot Kennedy’s Tiny Desk Concert for NPR on YouTube?

They have an awesome selection of artists (obviously!), saw that one and thought you might enjoy it.
This is such a lovely way to look back on the year.
The letter to yourself is lovely and is something that everyone should do!

Awww I love that you write yourself a love letter—you’re right in that we really do need to be kinder to ourselves more often 🥰
Also I loved your hot yoga post, but can’t reme so many of these. Time to hop back in time!
So fun to go back and look at the posts throughout the year! I think I missed your love letter to yourself so I ‘ll have to go check that one out!
I will have to check out some of your top posts!
