Smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, aren’t we?
Work has been crazy (which I know I’ve mentioned a few times) but I’m not even remotely complaining. I’m so grateful, not only for the job that I have but the opportunity to get a little overtime this holiday season and pay off a few more bills. 😉
But as I’ve also mentioned, I haven’t really had any formal workouts since adding in all the warehouse support. After walking 8, 10 or even 19 miles in a single day, even if I don’t feel that tired, I know my body needs the rest because I’m going to make it do it again tomorrow…and the day after that…and the day after that. ha!
Anyway, last night as I was driving home from work, I really felt like working out, getting in some exercise outside of all the walking lately. It was surprisingly warm (upper 50s maybe?) which really doesn’t have anything to do with my workout since I have the key fob to complex fitness center so I wouldn’t be working out outside, except that I didn’t have the excuse of the cold to talk me out of walking over there.
I knew I would get hungry for dinner soon but I also knew if I ate first, then I would easily talk myself out of going later, so I made a plan to keep it short, sweet and sweaty. (Bonus, I had to go down there anyway to pick up a package!)
Since I know we’re all busy and fighting for time, especially during the holidays, I want to help you get in and out of the gym (or home “gym) quickly while still being efficient and this In And Out In Under 30 Workout will do just that!
How-to’s for each movement are on the next page!
As I mentioned, the rest of my workouts have all been walking the warehouse, but if you want to see my mileage, that too is on the next page.

Do you have any go-to workouts when trying to get in and out quickly and efficiently?
How were your workouts this past week?

Oh yay! I can’t wait to hear what you think! Enjoy the workout, Shelby!
Sounds like a great workout!!! I really need to try this and mix it up a bit. Love the idea of 30 mins. I just got my 3 year old a mini trampoline for his birthday hoping he will jump while i workout! Thanks for the inspiration.
Oh man, what’s the weight limit on that trampoline? I’d totally just borrow it from the 3 year old! 😉 (I also thought about telling my boyfriend to get one of those for his 2 ½ year old when he has way too much energy at bedtime)
YES! Thank you 🙂 Finally a workout I can totally get on board with 🙂 Appreciate this… and my body thanks you. Enjoy the weekend!
Awesome, enjoy the workout Charlotte!
What a great workout! I definitely am all about 30 minutes or less workouts with all of the holiday craziness!
Thanks, Karin!
I love Fitness Blender’s full 30 minute work outs because theyre really effective in those 30 minutes. they cover strength training and cardio and you feel like you have done a well rounded and challenging workout after a short amount of time.
Awesome!!! The world seems like it keeps getting busier and busier and people are forgetting to stay healthy and workout. I love seeing quick workouts that will help!
Thanks, Alex! Enjoy!
